Surviving National Novel Writing Month with Your Sanity Intact! with JoAnne Turner

November. National Novel Writing Month. NaNoWriMo.
Nano. It's known by lots of names, but all mean the same thing. Getting together with all your writing friends to write an entire novel in a month! Or at least 50,000 words of one. Insane? Maybe! But it is totally doable. Come learn how to kickstart your writing and get to that 50k goal! We will go over strategies to overcome the dreaded "blank page," keep those words coming, and get over that final hump to the finish line! Write, write, write!

JoAnne Turner writes stories about queer, neurodivergent girls with weapons that play with dragons. She has been awarded for her fiction by The Writers Guild of Texas, and her short story "A Dragon's Hoard" was recently published in the anthology Dragons Within: Embracing Her Fire. In her spare time, she fosters an abundance of playful kittens. Kitten pictures and other works can be found on Instagram and Twitter as @TokenGeekGirl, and her website:
