Tamara Warner is a writer, an emerging voice-over artist, and an audiobook narrator in training. A family rich in oral storytelling and an educational background in psychology and children’s literature drives her interest in children’s literature and storytelling.

Currently, Warner serve on the boards of three professional organizations for writers. She is afforded opportunities to perform in community theatre, audio, and school productions as a member of the IPC & the FunkyiPuppets Audio Puppet Troupe, Empress Enterprises Theatre Productions, Great Audiobook Adventurers, and as a student of the Thomas Ardavany Approach for Actors, Directors, and Screenwriters. Tamara Warner is the founder of Comma, Writer, an organization created to explore, find, and connect writers who tell stories across mediums.

    Join the Writers Guild of Texas and fellow writers for the WGT Reading Night!

    What better way to connect with other writers, receive feedback on stories, and share a few ideas of your own than to join a group of fellow writers in a relaxed non-judgmental atmosphere?

    Each reader receives 10 minutes to read their work. Listeners will provide constructive feedback on index cards so that you can refer to them at a later time.
    If you cannot attend in person, you can also listen to the session via Zoom.

    RULES:
    Reader will receive a maximum of 10 minutes of reading time
    To help us accommodate as many readers as possible, please click on the sign-up link below to fill out the sign-up form
    WGT paid members receive first priority to read
    Reader will receive a maximum of 10 minutes of reading time
    If there is time, readers may read more than one piece after all others have had an opportunity to read
    Original works and published works are welcome
    Zoom participants will be allowed to listen and are welcome to provide feedback to readers
    DO NOT read the works of another unpublished author
    NO erotica, extreme horror and gore, or graphic sex and violence
