NOTE ON USING:

The device screen will stay on while the timer is running. The screen will be allowed to go dark or sleep when the timer is paused, when reset or at the end of the 20 minutes.

Do not navigate away from the read timer when in use. For correct time keeping the read timer must be in view while running.

Read timer features:

• Sounds a single bell when the read time has ended
• Sounds a single bell when the critique time has ended
• Sounds three bells at the end of the read and critique time (20 min)
• Critiques can be started at any time by pressing the appropriate critique button
• Provides buttons for:
  • First critiques, 1 minute
  • Second critique, 30 seconds
• Can be reset at any time, to accomodate shorter reads and shorter critiques
• Can be be paused to accomodate interruptions
