EXTREME COLD and PRECIPITATION, and HIGH WINDS are often accompanied by rolling blackouts and brownouts, down power lines, and internet service disruptions. Currently, ERCOT has implemented a series of rolling blackouts to preserve electricity on the electrical grid. The rolling blackouts will continue throughout today and tomorrow.
