To secure your vendor spot, you must fill out the application and make payment by Sept. 1, 2023. 

Bronze Vendor - $150
    Exhibitor fee includes:

• one six-foot table
• two chairs
• two credentials
• two meals per day
• exhibitor listings in printed and online material. 

Silver Vendor - $200
   Exhibitor fee includes:

• “Bronze Vendor” offerings
• plus 110 V power 

Gold Vendor - $550
    Exhibitor fee includes:

• “Silver Vendor” offerings:
• plus one (1) credentialed vendor ticket to DFWCon*
  • Ticket allows one of two credentialed vendors the ability to attend any part of the DFWCon agenda at any time, and includes one (1) agent/editor pitch session.
  • We ask that our vendors have a manned table throughout the event.
