Subject: Geoffrey Eugenides Evnet at UNT
My name is Timothy Ponce and I am the Assistant Director of First-Year Writing at the University of North Texas. I am writing to let you know that our program will be hosting a special talk given by Geoffrey Eugenides, Pulitzer Prize winning author of Middlesex and The Virgin Suicides. The talk is open to the public and the topic will be the importance of writing to our communities. Attendees are welcome to bring their copies of Eugenides books for him to sign after the talk, which will be held at 7:30 PM, March 30th in the main auditorium of the UNT Auditorium Building. We would love for you to spread the word about this event, and I have attached a promotional flyer if you would like to use it.
Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
